The 2022 Manufacturing Month Kick-Off Event, presented by Polaris MEP and the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association (RIMA), will bring together manufacturing leaders, RI elected officials and key sector partners to learn new data about the opportunities and challenges facing the industry.

* Kick-off Manufacturing Month in the Ocean State with a proclamation by elected officials
* Get the first details on two new initiatives informed by the State of Manufacturing report and driven by the needs of manufacturers
* Preview interactive exhibits on advanced manufacturing designed to engage more than 500 8th, 9th and 12th grade students arriving later in the morning for a "taste test" of manufacturing careers
