The Lorain County Growth Partnership is proud to announce the 2022 Manufacturing Month kick off will be held at LCCC Campana Center for Ideation and Invention, located at 1005 Abbe Rd., N. in Elyria on October 7, 2022. Registration begins at 7:30 with coffee and light refreshments, program beginning at 8:00 a.m. There will be a tour provided of the LCCC Fab Lab and Campana Center for Ideation and Invention.
The Lorain County Growth Partnership's goal during Manufacturing Month is to continue to create awareness of In Demand Manufacturing in Lorain County and to highlight career pathways in manufacturing to local students and transitional workers. Our collaboration with the business and education sectors allows us the opportunity for open dialogue to understand the skills needed for future employees, especially as workforce needs have increased exponentially since COVID-19.
