Greis- Founder and Managing Member of Perennial Capital Advisors, LLC Owner of Kinefac Corporation Michael Keneally- Owner of Accutech Packaging, Inc., Featured Presenter Bio: Kristin Carlson- President of Peerless Precision Inc. (PPI) became President in 2012. Since then as the new president, daughter of the past president, and someone who had worked in the company on and off since she was 15, Kristin had to rise from being viewed as “Larry’s daughter” to being the visionary leader of the company’s future. Her first mission was to ease fears that she would sell the company. She made it clear that she had no interest in layoffs or selling the company her father had worked so hard to build. Instead, she planned to implement Lean Manufacturing to improve operations and increase sales. She is a relentless advocate of manufacturing, from dynamic activity with vocational-technical schools to advocacy for the Western MA Tooling and Machining Association. Peerless Precision, Inc. (PPI) manufactures precision machined parts for the aerospace, defense, and medical device industries. The 20-person, family-owned job shop is based in Westfield, Massachusetts, and is certified under both the AS9100 and ISO9001 quality management standards. In 2019 they were the recipient of the Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) Next Century Award. This was for their leadership role in promoting manufacturing in Massachusetts.
