Dallas ISD CTE Manufacturing Day 2020: Virtual Facility Tour of AC Horn Manufacturing

The Dallas ISD CTE Department presents a virtual facility tour with industry partner AC Horn Manufacturing to observe Manufacturing Day on Friday, October 2, 2020. Along with an introduction of the company’s CEO and President Michael D. Horn, Jr., students and teachers will participate in a question/answer session at the end of the virtual tour on topics to include the origin of AC Horn Manufacturing and its contribution to Dallas' economic development, growing trends in the Manufacturing industry, and certifications in the career cluster.

How To Join This Event

On the event invite flyer, teachers will have an opportunity to register for the morning session (9:30 - 10:30 a.m.), afternoon session (1:30 - 2:30 p.m.), or both sessions to include the number of students that will participate. Due to the Zoom capacity, each session will include up to 300 participants.

Teachers will be sent a link to the virtual facility tour session after registering for the event.
