The 2021 CCTE Virtual Manufacturing Day (MFG Day) will be held on Friday, October 1st from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. During the CCTE Virtual Manufacturing Day, CCTE students will be given the opportunity to meet with companies and industry leaders to learn about careers in Advanced Manufacturing. During the 2020 Virtual Manufacturing Day, over 700 CCTE students were able to interact with twelve companies in the city of Memphis. Because the event is now virtual, CCTE is anticipating an even larger number of students to participate. Our goal is to create pathways for job seekers with immediate career opportunities and to provide our students with the resources and motivation needed to overcome potential barriers. CCTE is encouraging all high schools with Advanced Manufacturing, Automotive, Information Technology, and STEM programs to participate. Students will have access to the 2021 Virtual Manufacturing Day through Microsoft TEAMS.

Each company will be assigned a TEAMS link and will be assigned a school. I will forward the link the to teachers at each school.
