Biogen is hosting a Manufacturing Day on October 17 at our Research Triangle Park (RTP) Bio Campus as we join manufacturers around the country this month to showcase what modern manufacturing looks like and inspire the next generation of skilled workers.
With more than 2,000 new life sciences jobs announced so far in 2022 alone, the need to prepare and attract North Carolinians for biomanufacturing careers is greater than ever. Guests will visit our Community Lab to learn about Biogen's local educational outreach, programs and partnerships, and participate in a hands-on science activity that students experience when visiting our Community Lab. Guests will also tour our biologics manufacturing facilities to see firsthand what it takes to make drugs from living cells.
