Following the tour, General Cable employees will conduct an industry briefing and participate in a Q&A session. The project also entails students completing pre- and post-tour interviews to discover their understanding of manufacturing careers. It culminates with the production of a video to promote the image of modern manufacturing and introduce potential career opportunities for the students. The project is made possible by JAG (Jobs for America's Graduates), Adecco's YES! (Youth Employment Solutions) Program, and MakerMinded (powered by LIFT).
