About Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee (AJAC)

AJAC is a non-profit, state-funded registered apprenticeship organization for Washington State. AJAC partners with over 200 companies who enroll 350 apprentices across seven occupations directly related to the aerospace and advanced manufacturing industries. Through registered apprenticeship, apprentices earn paid on-the-job training from industry professionals and college-level classroom instruction one night a week. Over the course of each apprenticeship program, apprentices develop a well-rounded skill-set, certifying them as journey-level workers.
