The Industrial Environmental Association and the California Manufacturing and Technology Association are hosting the 32nd Annual Environmental Training Symposium and Conference. For 31 years the Conference has excelled in bringing to its attendees a balance of valuable information that includes environmental compliance guidance, and regulatory and legislative updates.

The 450 attendees consist of environmental, health, and safety professionals, NGO representatives, environmental engineers, environmental consultants and attorneys, and government affairs representatives. These attendees represent manufacturing, biotech, and high tech companies, as well as the Department of Defense, and federal and state regulators.

The speakers and panelists include California legislators and regulators who are at the forefront of environmental policy at the State and Federal level. Additionally, you will find representatives from a variety of non-governmental organizations, award-winning consultants, and leading California businesses.

About Industrial Environmental Association

The Industrial Environmental Association (IEA) was formed in 1983 to promote responsible, cost-effective environmental laws and regulations, facilitate environmental compliance among member companies and provide related education activities for the community at large. The IEA’s evolution, however, has included an expanding role as the “voice” for manufacturing and associated companies in San Diego and Southern California, not only on legislative matters but on a variety of environmental issues that affect the quality of life of businesses in the region. The Industrial Environmental Association actively insists on strong environmental compliance efforts among member companies as a matter of written policy. The IEA organizes a number of educational opportunities for member companies and the greater community including information exchanges, technical workshops, written papers, committees, and an annual conference.
