Why are young people not pursuing manufacturing careers? What can employers do to improve success in sourcing candidates? How can employers, educators, and stakeholders come together to address manufacturing workforce issues?

These are the types of questions that will be answered at the Partnership's Manufacturing Month Kickoff, our signature annual manufacturing event. Martin Scaglione, President & CEO of the Hope Street Group, will be this year's keynote speaker. Martin brings a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years experience in manufacturing, as well as recent experience working in the education and workforce space. Come learn about Martin's work studying the best employer-led manufacturing workforce programs from around the country, and discuss how we can coordinate efforts to build a better workforce. Plan to take home immediate, actionable takeaways to improve your company's workforce development strategy.
