Bilcare Research provided a plant tour for William Penn High School juniors enrolled in the Delaware Pathways: Manufacturing program.
The Delaware Pathways Program in Manufacturing is a two-year program for high school juniors and seniors that aims to provide Delaware’s high school graduates with relevant and valuable advanced career training. Students will split their time between their home high school and Delaware Tech for 600+ hours of class and hands-on labs. Those who complete the training will be prepared to sit for national certification and may even earn college credits. A 200-hour paid craftsmanship is part of the program.
