Event DetailsFacility Tour / Presentation
October 7, 2016
169 Kennedy Rd
Windsor, CT 06095
We'll be having students from the Manufacturing Studies class from Putnam Vocational Technical school in Springfield visit the facility. We'll start by having one of the production supervisors lead the students on a tour of the shop floor for about an hour and a half. Then we'll provide lunch to the students, and a Business Development Manager will give an overview of Barnes Group and what we do. After that, one of the apprentices (a former student of the school) will give a brief presentation on his experience at Barnes. We'll conclude with a Q&A session with the students.
